Elizabeth Scott’s cupcakes have been described by many as simply ‘delicious’ since Elizabeth is a self-professed perfectionist. She has tried and tested literally hundreds of cake recipes from many baking gurus – searching for recipes for perfect cakes in both flavour and texture. Elizabeth believes that she has now found a range of amazing cakes to offer. One of her secrets is to use wonderfully fresh ingredients.
In the same way, Elizabeth has sampled many different buttercream topping varieties and offers a large range of flavours to choose from – however if you have any special favourites of your own that are not listed, please let Elizabeth know as she may be able to accommodate your personal preferences. Buttercream toppings are usually piped onto cakes in an elaborate, decorative swirl. However for those who prefer less buttercream, other piping techniques are available giving a beautiful and professional finish – please let Elizabeth know if you prefer a finish using less buttercream.

Cupcakes toppings made from fondant icing are available, as are hand-crafted sugarpaste decorations e.g. flowers, faces, animals to name but a few. These may be added to either buttercream or fondant toppings. Please see the picture gallery for some examples.
Dairy Free Cupcakes
Elizabeth Scott’s Cake Farm is also able to offer dairy free and/or egg free cupcakes and toppings. Please contact Elizabeth if you have any dietary intolerances as she may be able to accommodate your individual needs.
